What are your check in and check out times?
Guests can check in from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and are asked to check out by 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you'd like a little extra flexibility, early check-in and late check-out may be available for a small additional charge, subject to availability. Please get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit or debit card and bank transfer. Payment details will be provided when you book. If you have any questions about payment options, please feel free to get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
Is the property accessible for guests with mobility needs?
Due to the age and layout of this Victorian seafront property, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility needs. The main entrance is accessed via 5–6 steps, all bedrooms are located on the upper floors, and there is no lift. Please contact us before booking if you have any accessibility requirements.
Are pets allowed?
We love animals, however, pets are not permitted at the property. This helps us ensure a comfortable and allergy-friendly environment for all guests.
